Lovely combination of spring and summer harvests! That is a big cabbage! It looks like your green beans are going strong. How do you prepare your radish pods? Normally I just stir fry them with a bunch of different vegetables.
What a lovely harvest! That cabbage is so perfect. My second planting of cabbages has been shared with the bugs, but I have hopes that my third, planted under netting, will be pristine! I swear I never want to see another green bean....then I go out and plant another row of them ;-)
Granny, I used your idea of tulle fabric to cover my cabbage and they come out perfect :) Green beans are never enough in our house with 3 kids! That is their one most favorite vegetable.
I tried planting my cabbages and broccoli, this year, under tulle fabric(granny's idea) and they have been clean from any bug damage so far. I have couple more getting ready for harvesting!

ReplyDeleteThanks! I stir fry radish pods too! They're delicious, (a lot of work to clean and chop ends!)

DeleteBeautiful harvests. I wish I had gotten one of those perfect cabbages this year. I'll be trying again in the fall.
