Harvest Monday - 10/14/2013

I still have some harvests coming in....It has been a long harvest season this year!  Yes!  I'm loving it.  Here goes the pictures for this week.

Red and green bell, eggplants, snakegourds, bittergourds, long beans
 
Tomatoes, cantelope
 
(Sorry for the shade from the window!) Eggplants, chili peppers, beans, onions, kohlrabi.
 
Tomatoes, mint, longbeans, bell peppers
 
Long sweet peppers, green tomatoes
 
Tomatoes, dried beans, bell pepper, eggplant, seed pod for snakegourd.

    Beautiful harvests. I see you are getting some late season harvests too of some summer crops.

      Yes! Our Summer has been longer than usual and delayed ofcourse! But it has been a great year!

      Thanks! We make lots of different dishes from online recipes plus freeze them for winter!
