Harvest Monday - June 17, 2013

I've had a few different harvests this week.  Looking at images, I realized that I forgot to take pictures of another batch of methi leaves and radish leaves.  So not a bad harvest week at all....For everyone else's harvest, visit Daphne's Dandelions.

  1. Love the asparagus. What do you do with the fenugreek leaves?

    1. We use fenugreek in making rotis or in curries(Indian style) with either chicken or lentils.

  2. Fenugreek! I'm familiar with cooking with the seed as a spice but not with treating the leaves as an herb. Another good reason to grow your own!
